Body design

Design maximizes the flow path area through the valve with a lower pressure drop.
Disc and side hinges

The reduced weight of the disc maximizes the flow through the valve.
The disc side hinges eliminate the effect of gravity as very little energy is needed to open the valve and maintain this position, resulting in lower energy costs.
Quick acting springs

Springs provide a fast-acting response to flow reversal, minimizing stress and maximizing service life.
Shock bumper

Shock bumper arrangement on the back of each disc reduces the shock force on the hinges; ensuring internal components have an extended cycle life with minimal wear under the most severe service conditions.
