• Bellows tested at nuclear qualified supplier level- 60000 cycles
• Bellows tested in fully assembled valve subject to 1800 psi/600°F steam and one full thermal cycle for every 10 mechanical cycles with hydraulic cylinder-stopped at 38,000 cycles without failure
• Yoke nut longevity testing with electric actuator in a fully assembled valve subject to 1800 psi/600°F nitrogen- stopped at 8,000 cycles without failure
• Cv loop testing on 1″ sample valve
• Full API 598 shell/seat/backseat testing at production stage
• 180 day low pH water corrosion testing of hardfacing alloys deposited on SS 316 substrate-Velan passed successfully
