Velan's API bolted bonnet cast steel valves exceed industry emissions standards, offering superior shutoff and repairability. Our line includes API 600 gate, API 623 globe, stop check, needle, and API 594 swing check valves, ensuring reliable performance in process, power, cryogenic, NACE, and nuclear services.
Fugitive Emissions
Dual-qualified to API 624 and ISO 15848-1 fugitive emissions requirements. All graphite packings are qualified to API 622 requirements.
Seal welded seats
Velan’s seal welded seats, faced with CoCr alloy, offer state-of-the-art, leakproof performance with long service life, standardized for high-temperature steam, oil, and gas applications. Easily repairable or replaceable in-line.
Body
Body and bonnet castings are precision machined, one-piece bonnet for better alignment and fewer parts with a fully encapsulated gasket to help reduce oxidation and mechanical degradation.
Stem
Non-rotating stem with precision ACME threads and burnished finish. Double ACME for faster operation.
