Features & Benefits
Swing check valves can be installed to allow flow in one direction only and protect systems that can be affected by reverse flow, such as a system shutdown. Operated entirely by reaction to the direction of flow, swing check valves do not require any external actuation. Once the cover is removed, all parts are easily accessible for maintenance and seating faces can be re-lapped.
Velan corrosion resistant cast stainless steel swing check valves are manufactured to ASME B16.34 design requirements.
